Quality Policy, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety ETEL, SL, is a company whose main activity is the provision of naval and industrial electronic repair.

 

Aware of the importance of defining and periodically review specific objectives and targets to continually improve, we have implemented an Integrated Quality Management, Environment and Safety System (GIS) according to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001 : 2007 respectively.

 

Management is aware of the great effort this involves, but we trust that with the commitment and collaboration of everybody, we can reach the following objectives.

 

Evaluate, define and periodically review specific objectives and targets for continuous improvement of service quality, protection of our natural environment, and the health and safety of our employees, developing an annual program to achieve those objectives.

Work on prevention of all kinds of environmental aggression, especially pollution, overexploitation and minimizing the generation of any type of waste, as well as all kinds of accidents and incidents, or anything that adversely affects the health and safety of the workers.

Stimulating the involvement of our employees for continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System and provide the necessary training to comply everytime with the requirements of the Integrated Management System.

Leading a business orientation towards the highest quality of services offered, with an efficiency in the provision consistent with the preservation of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, bearing in account the possible impact on the environment and employees arising from our activity.

Solve in an agile manner successful and cordial errors in service delivery, complaints and inquiries from our customers and reduce complaints and incidents.

The orientation towards the highest quality products and services, involves the continuous compliance with legislation and stringent environmental standards, as well as the use of the means to prevent potential accidents that can damage the natural environment.

Ethical Code

 

1. Integrity Services
All our services must be provided in a professional, independent and impartially, honestly and in full compliance with the methods, practices and policies in place.
All recommendations and results must be supported by documentary evidence and be precise and may not undergo any change or alteration. Reports and certificates shall reflect the above results and follow the advice of a professional.
Any changes or information gratification against the technical conditions are found not accept in any linked directly or indirectly to the safety technical inspection. The application of this code will be recorded on separate sheets, which are attached, with the signature of each technical active.

 

2. Integrity of the Corporate and Financial Records
All transactions must be accurately recorded and the seating of the account books based on proper documentation issued in good faith by the parties.
All records must be retained in accordance with the laws in force.

 

3. Conflict of Interest

The Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct has been issued by ETEL´s Administration who shall issue implementation rules as required. Any report or request for clearance or advice under the Code should be directed to management.

Any suspicion of violation of the Code, and any request or proposal by undue advantage of the employee receives from third parties must be notified to the Manager or any member of management to make them reach it. Unless the employee has violated the Code or act in bad faith, and always within the limits of our capacity, will be protected against any form of reprisal and identity thereof it shall be safeguarded if requested. They can make suggestions regarding the Code by submitting your comments to the Manager or any member of management to make them reach it.
